Bendigo Bank Exhibition – ON NOW!
Randwick Art Society has collaborated with our sponsor Bendigo Bank, 222-236 Clovelly Road Coogee to conduct regular art exhibitions at the bank throughout the year. Financial members only will be able to participate in this program. There will be approximately 20 artworks hung at each exhibition with a limit of one (1) per member.

The physical Exhibition at the Bank has been cancelled due to the Sydney COVID Lockdown Restrictions

Randwick Art Society Annual Exhibition

Each year Randwick Art Society offers an Annual Exhibition, which allows the Art Society to showcase members’ work to the community. All art and craft work on display at our Annual Exhibition is for sale.

Since 2010, Randwick City Council has provided generous funding grants to assist with the costs of holding our Annual Exhibitions at the Prince Henry Centre Little Bay NSW.

Smaller Exhibitions

Randwick Art Society also conducts smaller exhibitions locally at different locations throughout the year. In recent years smaller exhibitions have been held at various locations, such as the Bondi Pavilion Art Gallery and the Randwick Literary Institute.

RAS is currently holding a rotating exhibition of selected works by RAS members, at Bendigo Bank – Clovelly Community Bank Branch. All artworks for sale. For further details, go to the ‘What’s On’ page.

 

 

 

Members’ Gallery at RLI – Artwork for Sale

The RAS Members’ Gallery held at The RLI is now closed for the summer; from Mon 9th Dec 2019 until Feb 2020. Please contact RAS in February 2020 for information about this Gallery.

In September 2018, Randwick Art Society commenced selling artwork on site during the Monday Art Studio at Randwick Literary Institute, 60 Clovelly Rd Randwick (cnr Market St) – in the main hall on the ground floor.

Artworks for sale are rotated every 3 months.

Details about the next rotation of new artwork by our members is usually listed on our “What’s On’ page.

CASS Art of Sydney Awards 2021

15 January until 28 February 2021
Congratulations to all members who entered the Art of Sydney 2021 Exhibition.
You can view the artworks at the above website.
We have attached a full catalogue that you may wish to view or print (26 pages!!) also.
It was great to see our new members, Amber, Andrew and Vanessa with entries in the exhibition.
Congratulations go to:
Rick Bardsley-Smith won 1st Prize in Water Medium Painting section
Kurt Koeppl won 2nd Prize in Abstract Painting and 3rd Prize in the Drawing and Mixed Media Section
Niki Koeppl won a Highly Commended in the Water Medium section
Thomas Parslow won a Highly Commended in the Drawing and Mixed Media Section
Rick Bardsley-Smith was a Finalist for 2 paintings in Water Medium section.
There were 17 members from Randwick Art Society who entered the exhibition with 49 entries.
Why not go online and have a look at these excellent works. This is a good opportunity to see the range of styles and various mediums.
All artwork is for sale and you will be surprised at the variety of work available.

All members are welcome to participate in our Exhibitions, either by exhibiting their art and craft, by helping set up our Exhibitions, or assisting during Exhibitions. If you would like to assist at one of our exhibitions, please talk to a committee members about ways you may be able to contribute.

Details of our Exhibitions are usually promoted on our website via the ‘What’s On’ page, in our Newsletter and via information emails to members.
